SYMPTOMS
========

When you click the following message

  Road construction information is out of date. Click this line to update.

on the Directions tab in Microsoft Expedia Streets and Trips 2000, the message
may remain on the screen after the download is complete.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you have not loaded a route when you download the
construction information file.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:

- Plan and calculate a new route.

- Open a saved route.

- Quit and then restart the program.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Expedia Streets and
Trips 2000.
