SYMPTOMS
========
When you view a Home screen in Encarta Encyclopedia 99 or Encarta Reference
Suite 99, the commands on the Suite menu are unavailable.
NOTE: This does not occur in Encarta Reference Suite 99 DVD-ROM.
RESOLUTION
==========
To work around this issue, disable the Home screen. To do this, follow these
steps:
1. Start Encarta Encyclopedia 99.
2. On the Options menu, click Settings.
3. Click to clear the "Display Home screen when I start Encarta Encyclopedia"
check box, and then click OK.
