SYMPTOMS
========
When you install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 on a computer that already has
the Number9 Revolution3D Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) display adapter driver
software installed, the display adapter driver software is replaced with the
default VGA driver software.

==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT. For
