SYMPTOMS
========

While handling multiple sessions, a Win32 SLI application may hang unexpectedly
while making various SLI calls from different threads of the same process.


CAUSE
=====

A small window exists within the Winsli32.dll that can result in an event
deadlock while processing SLI requests from different threads.

RESOLUTION
==========

SNA Server 3.0

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for SNA Server version
3.0. For additional information, please see the following article in the

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft SNA Server 3.0
(including SP1, SP2, SP3) and SNA Server 4.0 (including SP1). This problem was
first corrected in SNA Server 3.0 Service Pack 4.
