SYMPTOMS
========
Some of the hotkeys for the SMS Administrator console snap-in for the Microsoft
Management Console (MMC) listed in the Administrator's Guide do not work as
stated in the documentation.
The following keys listed in Appendix G do not work:

CTRL+O, CTRL+N, CTRL+S, CTRL+M, CTRL+W

CAUSE

A current limitation of the MMC prevents these hotkeys from working.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 2.0 and Microsoft Management Console version 1.1.
