SYMPTOMS
========

When you print with a cover sheet to the FaxWorks 3.0d fax driver, Word and your
FaxWorks fax software may both stop responding (hang).


WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, turn off the Background Printing option in
Microsoft Word. To do this, follow these steps:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.

2. On the Print tab, clear the Background printing check box.

3. Click OK.
