SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to start Expedia Trip Planner 98, you may receive an error
message similar to the following:

  Trip Planner 98 requires 256 colors and 640 x 480 resolution to run.

You may experience this symptom even when the color palette is set to 256 colors
or higher, and the screen resolution is set to 640 x 480 pixels or higher.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if your video adapter is configured to use a video
driver designed for Microsoft Windows 3.x.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of your video adapter to inquire
about how to obtain and install the latest Microsoft Windows 95/98 version of
the video driver for your video adapter.
