SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the Outlook Web Access (OWA) client, and you click Find Names, and
select the user's name, the Send Mail To link is missing.

CAUSE
=====

Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or later has not been installed on the
Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) that Outlook Web Access is installed
on.

RESOLUTION
==========

Apply Exchange Server 5.5 SP1 or later to the Outlook Web Access server (IIS
server).
