SYMPTOMS
========

During normal operation, when the Calendar Connector and its providers start up,
an event is logged indicating that initialization has begun. However, the
GroupWise provider does not record such an event unless there is a problem with
the probe message to GroupWise.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5.

If diagnostic logging for the Calendar Connector is set to maximum, you will see
the events logged by the GroupWise provider.
