SYMPTOMS
========

When you copy articles or images from any version of Microsoft Bookshelf listed
at the beginning of this article, citations are not automatically added to your
project when you paste the articles or images into Microsoft Encarta 98 Research
Organizer or Microsoft Encarta 99 Research Organizer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, use the Citation Wizard to add credits for any source
material that you paste from Bookshelf.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are
listed at the beginning of this article.
