SYMPTOMS
========

When you set up Certificate Server, the Phone Number field may not contain any
characters other than numbers.

CAUSE
=====

This is by design. The Phone Number field is not a standard option in
certificates. This option is not used by Microsoft Certificate Server, VeriSign,
or Thawte.
