SYMPTOMS
========

After you install Windows NT 3.51 Service Pack 5, you may be unable to locate
the Routing Information Protocol (RIP) for Internet protocol, Bootp Relay Agent
service, or RIP for NWlink IPX/SPX-Compatible Transport protocol for
Multi-Protocol Router (MPR) support.

CAUSE
=====

The Multi-Protocol Router support files are not included in Windows NT 3.51
Service Pack 5.

RESOLUTION
==========

To obtain the Multi-Protocol Router support files, download the Mpr351i.exe file
from the following Microsoft FTP site:

  ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/winnt/winnt-public/fixes/usa/NT351/ussp5/mpr/
