SUMMARY

The Msmtpsnp.dll file is missing from the Support\Mcis2.0\Alpha folder on the
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 CD.

This file is needed in order to obtain the fixes for two problems in Microsoft
Commercial Internet System 2.0. For more information about these problems,

NOTE: This file is only needed to obtain the fixes if you are running Microsoft
Commercial Internet System 2.0 on a DEC Alpha computer.

Supported fixes that correct these problems are now available from Microsoft, but
have not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing these specific problems. If you are not severely affected by these
specific problems, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next service pack
that contains these fixes.
