SYMPTOMS
========

Items on the Microsoft Encarta Virtual Globe menu bar may be truncated or
overlap.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you configure Microsoft Windows to use a custom font
size.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, configure Windows to use a default font size. To do this,
follow these steps:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Display.

3. Click the Settings tab.

4. In the Font Size box, click either Large Fonts or Small Fonts, and then click
  OK.

  NOTE: If you are using Microsoft Windows 98, click Advanced, click either
  Large Fonts or Small Fonts in the Font Size box, click OK, and then click
  Close.

5. If you are prompted to restart the computer, do so.
