SYMPTOMS
========

For your convenience, Microsoft is combining many of the Microsoft Windows NT
4.0 Post-Service Pack 4 hotfixes into one self-installing package. For
information on what fixes are included with this package, please see the

hotfixes.

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
