SYMPTOMS
========
After installing Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 and Visual Studio 5 or 6,
IntelliPoint Productivity Tips may receive an access violation error when
attempting to access memory location 0 from code location 0x77f64a7.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve the issue, install the latest version of IntelliPoint software,
available from the Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/products/hardware/mouse/
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the
beginning of this article. This bug has been corrected in IntelliPoint, 2.2c or
later.
