SYMPTOMS
========

Depending on the speed of your computer, Clip Gallery may take as long as half a
minute to load after you apply the Microsoft Service Release Patch 2 (SR-2) to
your Microsoft Office 97 or Microsoft PowerPoint 97 installation.

CAUSE
=====

This problem can occur when you originally installed or updated your Microsoft
Office 97 installation with the Service Release 1 (SR-1) Enterprise CD, and then
applied the SR-2 patch.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at
the beginning of this article.
