SYMPTOMS
========

When you start one of the products listed above, you may receive an error
message similar to the following:

  Application Error: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Urban Assualt\Ua.exe

  The instruction at 00000009 referenced memory at <xxxx:xxxxxxxx>. The
  memory could not be written.

  Click OK to terminate the application.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the program file (Ua.exe) is infected by a strain of
the CIH virus.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, use an anti-virus program to remove the virus. For
