SYMPTOMS
========
When using Disk Administrator to add or modify drive letters on a Cluster Server
disk that has multiple partitions, changes committed to the system are not
properly represented when cycling the disk from offline to online status.
Restarting the server does not necessarily correct the issue and drive letters
that have been used and then deleted are no longer available for assignment.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT
Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows
