When you install MSN, The Microsoft Network on a laptop computer with a
Synaptics TouchPad pointing device installed, you may not be able to quit the
Syntplpr terminate-and-stay-resident (TSR) program.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior occurs because the Syntplpr TSR program must be running for the
Synaptics TouchPad to function properly.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, do not attempt to quit the Syntplpr TSR program when you
install MSN. The Syntplpr TSR program does not interfere with the installation
