SYMPTOMS
========
You have attached more than 16 devices on a single SCSI bus, but the SCSI
Adapters utility in Control Panel no longer displays the SCSI adapter.
CAUSE
=====
This utility does not allocate enough storage to hold the device information for
more than 16 devices attached to one SCSI bus.
RESOLUTION
==========
Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 increased the support for devices on a single SCSI
controller to 72. A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is
only intended to correct the problem described in this article and should be
applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.

Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition.
This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 and Windows NT
