SUMMARY

As of January 1, 1999, Microsoft is retiring both the Cinemania Online and Music
Central Online Web sites. In addition, the Music Central 24-Hour Superstore is
no longer available.

To prepare for this event, as of June 1,1998, Microsoft is scaling back new
content on these Web sites. These free Web sites contain information, news, and
reviews on movies and music, as well as the CD-ROM update files for the
Cinemania 1996/97 and Music Central 1996/97 CD-ROM programs.

You can continue to browse and download files from these Web sites through
December 31, 1998.
