SYMPTOMS
========

Terminal Server Connection Configuration always adds Remote Desktop Protocol
(RDP) connection successfully, even when initialization of the connection
fails.


RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this problem, the administrator needs to restart the computer.


STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Server 4.0 Terminal
Server Edition.
