SYMPTOMS
========

You are using the Executive form with a Mannesmann Tally printer driver and the
form is printing 16.5 inches in length instead of the expected 10.5 inches in
length.

CAUSE
=====

When you select Executive paper size, the definition string for this size has
the form length of 99 decimal lines, which is equivalent to 16.5 inches. The
form length should be 63 lines or 10.5 inches.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT
Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows
NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition
Service Pack 4.
