SYMPTOMS
========

When using a job to distribute a package from the central site to a child site,
the overall job status will become active, but the Sending, Working, and Cancel
status remain blank. If you try to cancel the job, the overall status displays
Cancelling but never changes to Cancelled.

These symptoms may occur if the job is created and the Run Phase option is not
selected.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Systems Management
Server version 1.2. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
