SYMPTOMS
========

When you try to install an IBM Token Ring Microchannel card during an unattended
setup, the following script error may occur:

  This adapter is already installed, are you sure you want to continue?

After this error occurs, you cannot access the network, two network adapters
appear in the user interface, and one of these two cannot be removed.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. We are
researching this problem and will post additional information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
