SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to install Microsoft Expedia Streets 98, you may receive the
following error message:

  Setup could not read from the file:
  <drive>:\Acmsetup\Automap\System\Pse60409.dll

where <drive> is the letter of the CD-ROM drive that contains the Expedia
Streets 98 CD-ROM.

This error message is displayed when the progress bar reaches 4%.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if there is a manufacturing defect in the Expedia
Streets 98 CD-ROM.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, contact the Microsoft Order Desk at (800) 360-7561 and
request a replacement Expedia Streets 98 CD-ROM. Make sure you have the Expedia
Streets 98 product box available when you call. If you are outside the United
States, contact the Microsoft subsidiary for your area.
