SYMPTOMS
========

If an invokable APPC TP is not configured as a Windows NT service using
Tpsetup.exe, then loading the invoking TP (such as Sendtp.exe or Randomtp.exe)
may cause an application exception in Snaservr.exe in function s1pxsnd(). When
this problem occurs, a Dr. Watson log similar to the following may be
generated:

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, load Tpstart.exe before loading the invoking TP.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SNA Server version 4.0. This
problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for SNA Server
version 4.0. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the
following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
