SYMPTOMS
========

When you double-click the MSN icon on the desktop, Microsoft Internet Explorer
starts instead of the MSN Program Viewer.

STATUS
======

This behavior is by design. MSN Program Viewer is not installed with the Windows
98 version of MSN.
