SYMPTOMS

The first time you start Microsoft Outwars, the Master Volume in the game is set
at its maximum level.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Start Outwars.

2. On the startup screen, click Options.

3. On the Options screen, click Sound.

4. Click the left Master Volume arrow to reduce the volume level.

5. Click OK, and then click Back.
