SYMPTOMS
========
Files with the extension *.mmp build up in the Webtemp directory when users
connect to Microsoft Exchange Server via Outlook Web Access (OWA).
CAUSE
=====
In some circumstances, the temporary files that are created when you use OWA are
not deleted. This can cause a build up of these files in the Webtemp directory.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Exchange Server version 5.5.
This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft
Exchange Server version 5.5. For information about obtaining the Service Pack,
