SYMPTOMS
========
When you use DHCP Manager to administer the DHCP service on the same computer or
on a remote computer, the keyboard shortcut under the Server, Properties page to
initiate Help is not available. The Help button works if you click it with the
mouse, and you can use the TAB key to get to it, but the H in Help does not have
an underscore indicating that it can be activated with the ALT key, and trying
to use the keyboard shortcut of ALT+H does not work.
RESOLUTION
==========

Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,
