SYMPTOMS
========

If Require Data Encryption is selected in the Remote Access Service
configuration, the following message is displayed:

  The remote server does not support encryption.

CAUSE
=====

User connections fail with data encryption required.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, make sure Require Data Encryption is not specified in
the Remote Access Server configuration.
