SYMPTOMS
========

When you run the Outlook Deployment Kit (ODK) Wizard and use the ALT+TAB key
combination to switch to another program, two ODK Wizard icons are visible.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 98.
