SYMPTOMS
========

When you start the Microsoft Exchange client for the Macintosh, the following
error message appears if a profile password is entered when one does not exist:

  The profile name is not valid. Enter a valid profile name.

CAUSE
=====

A profile password has not been set on the profile selected.

WORKAROUND
==========

Delete the contents of the Profile Password text box and click OK.
