SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to open a FrontPage Web from another computer in FrontPage 97,
the following message appears:

  The server may not have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed, your
  machine's IP address may not have access to the server, or you may have
  specified an invalid proxy server. (HTTP Error 403)

CAUSE
=====

The Microsoft Personal Web Server for Windows 95 version 4.0, included with the
Windows NT 4.0 option Pack, does not support remote authoring of FrontPage
webs.
