SYMPTOMS
========

If the Remote Control Quick Viewer is minimized for more than 10 minutes while
the administrator is working with other programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel,
e-mail, and so forth, the Quick Viewer display freezes.

WORKAROUND
==========

At this time the only workaround available is to close the quick viewer and
re-establish the remote control session.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.2. We are researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
