Encarta Virtual Globe Setup program prompts you to install Internet Explorer
3.02 from the Encarta Virtual Globe CD-ROM.
Certain features of Encarta Virtual Globe (for example, Web Links) require you to
connect to the Internet, while other features require technology included in
Internet Explorer 3.02 or later.
To install Internet Explorer 3.02, remove and then reinstall Encarta Virtual
Globe. When you are prompted to install Internet Explorer 3.02, do so.
