SYMPTOMS
========

When you are using the Outlook Web Access (OWA) client to access a Microsoft
Exchange Server mailbox and you receive a non-delivery report (NDR), there is no
option to send again.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
versions 5.0 and 5.5. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

MORE INFORMATION
================

At this time, the "Send Again" option is only available in the Exchange and
Outlook clients.
