SYMPTOMS
========

When you use Encarta Virtual Globe, 1998 edition, the pointer may randomly jump

This behavior occurs if you enable a feature in your pointing device software

this feature is called SnapTo. In the Logitech MouseWare software, this feature
is called Smart Move.

software. To do so, use the appropriate method.

------------------------------

To disable the SnapTo feature in the IntelliType software, use the following
steps:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Keyboard.

3. On the Mouse Activity tab, click the SnapTo check box to clear it, and then
  click OK.

4. Close Control Panel.

steps:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Mouse.

3. On the Step Savers tab, click the SnapTo check box to clear it, and then
  click OK.

4. Close Control Panel.
