SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the Letter Wizard to change or modify an existing letter, text that
had the Company Name style applied may be changed to a different style.

WORKAROUND
==========

Follow these steps to reapply the Company Name style:

1. Select the text that should have the Company Name style.

2. On the Format menu, click Style.

3. In the Style dialog box, click All styles in the List list. In the Styles
  list, click Company Name.

4. Click Apply.

To modify an existing letter by using the Letter Wizard, follow these steps:

1. Open the letter you want to modify or complete.

2. On the Tools menu, click Letter Wizard.

3. Click the tabs to display options for different letter settings and elements,
  and then change the options you want.

type "letter wizard," click Search, and then click to view any of the letter
topics.
