SUMMARY

The version of QuickShelf included in Microsoft Bookshelf for Windows no longer
appears as a toolbar on the desktop. QuickShelf now appears as an icon on the
taskbar.

You can use the QuickShelf icon on the taskbar to start Bookshelf, or to access
specific QuickShelf features. To start Bookshelf, click the QuickShelf icon on
the taskbar. To access QuickShelf features, right-click the QuickShelf icon on
the taskbar, and then click one of the following menu commands:

You can use QuickShelf with many Windows programs to define a word or to find
relevant articles in Bookshelf. To define a word, select the word you want to
define, and then click the QuickShelf icon on the taskbar. To find relevant
articles in Bookshelf, select a word or phrase, right-click the QuickShelf icon
on the taskbar, and then click QuickQuote or Find In All Books.
