SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the Details View from My Computer, changes to the column width may
not be retained.

RESOLUTION
==========

Open Windows NT Explorer. Click View, and click Details from the drop-down list
box. Select the desired directory to view, and then adjust the column width of
the desired column name. When you exit Windows NT Explorer, the setting will be
automatically saved, retaining the new column width. The column settings will be
automatically migrated to My Computer.
