MSN, The Microsoft Network, normally displays the Quick View icon on the Windows
taskbar at all times. This article describes how to configure MSN to display the
Quick View icon only when you are connected to MSN.

To configure MSN to display the Quick View icon only when you are connected to
MSN, use the following steps:
1. Click the MSN Quick View icon, point to MSN Options, and then click Customize
MSN.
2. Under Settings, click Quickview Icon.
3. Click Show Only When Connected, and then click Apply.
