SYMPTOMS
========
When you place your mouse over a menu in Microsoft Cinemania for Windows, the
menu may not fly down if you are running Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if you have not installed Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 1
or later.
RESOLUTION
==========
To determine if you have installed Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 1 or later, use
the following steps:
1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools (Common), and
then click Windows NT Diagnostics.
2. Click the Version tab.
If you do not see a Service Pack specified on the Version line, obtain the latest
Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack from the following Microsoft Web site:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/downloads/PNP281.asp
Follow the instructions on the screen to download and install the latest Windows
NT 4.0 Service Pack.
