SYMPTOMS
========

When you press ALT + R to remove a share when there is only one share present,
you may receive the following Dr. Watson error message:

  An application error has occurred and an application error log is being
  generated:

  Explorer.exe
  Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x77a438d4

You cannot remove a share if there is only one share present. You must select the
option not shared from the folder's sharing properties.

CAUSE
=====

Keyboard input (pressing the ALT + R keys) is not disabled when only one share
exists.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT
Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows

Service Pack 4.
