SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to search MSN, The Microsoft Network, using the Browse All Of
MSN search page, you may receive the following error message:

  Microsoft VBScript runtime error

  [Line: 54] Object doesn't support this property or method

CAUSE
=====

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 may not be installed correctly.

RESOLUTION
==========

Download and install Internet Explorer 3.02 from the following Microsoft Web
site:

  http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download

NOTE: While you are installing Internet Explorer, you may repeatedly receive the
following message:

  Version Conflict. A file being copied is older than the one currently
  on your computer. Do you want to keep the existing file?

Each time you receive this message, click No.
