SYMPTOMS
========

When you install MSN, The Microsoft Network, the installation may stop while the
Internet Connection wizard is running.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the Internet Connection wizard is damaged.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this behavior, create a new MSN account. To do so, use the following
steps:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type "signup" (without quotation marks), and then click OK.

3. On the MSN Sign-In screen, click OK.

4. In the Your Area Or City Code box, type your telephone area code. In the "The
  first three digits of your phone number" box, type your telephone prefix, and
  then click OK.

5. Click Connect, and then follow the prompts on the screen to create your new
  account. If you cannot connect with your new account, contact MSN Member
  Support. To do so, see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge
