SYMPTOMS
========

When you migrate messages from Novell GroupWise to Microsoft Exchange Server,
the migration of one or more messages may fail with the following error
message:

  OFWINFIL caused a General Protection Fault in module Ofwinfil.exe at
  0006:0030.

The migration process will continue, but the messages will not be migrated.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Exchange Server 5.0. This
problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft
Exchange Server version 5.0. For information on obtaining the Service Pack,
query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the
