SYMPTOMS
========

If you attempt to cancel printing a Trip Digest from Microsoft Expedia Trip
Planner 98 while you are waiting for the print job to complete, Trip Planner may
stop responding (hang).

RESOLUTION
==========

To avoid this problem, wait until the print job completes. Printing may take a
few minutes depending on the length of the Trip Digest.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Expedia Trip Planner 98. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
